First Contact

Introduction

With challenging budgets and pressure on construction programmes, clients are now looking to the modular buildings market for more efficient and cost effective solutions. Clients still expect a traditional approach to customer service, where people come first and collaboration is a prerequisite to a successful project.

Engagement

From your first point of contact with Servaccomm, either via our website, the Crown Commercial Service Framework (CCS) or knowledgeable sales team, we are fully committed to engaging with you to understand and explore your key drivers, and how we can best deliver an off-site solution.

Communication

Fast moving, complex projects with moving requirements need Servaccomm to drive the communication strategy with all project stakeholders. We operate a “no surprise culture” so formal and informal meetings regularly update the project team.

Collaborative process

After initial engagement, Servaccomm are able to lead the project working in partnership with key stakeholders to a seamless integrated plan from collaborative design planning and manufacturing through to delivery and installation on site. Our project team will ensure handover of the modular building system is on time and on budget.

The consultation period is key to understanding your requirements resulting in a living building space that works for you. We achieve this through team work, communication and a true partnership approach from day one.

We liaise and collaborate with all relevant professional bodies throughout the design and build process such as surveyors, structural engineers, architects, planning and building regulation authorities and groundwork contractors to reach a cost efficient and compliant solution.
