Servaccomm will provide you with comprehensive warranty protection on all our new modular and prefabricated buildings, giving you the peace of mind you need when you purchase a new modular building from us. We are committed to providing you with the highest standards of quality and service along with the warranties we provide that come as standard on all new buildings purchased from us.
Twelve Month Defects Liability
Our twelve month defects liability warranty applies to the whole building and covers any defects other than those which clearly the result from abuse or accidental damage. This warranty applies to internal floor finishes, ceilings and wall finishes, internal fixtures and fittings.
Five Year Product Warranty
Servaccomm’s five year product warranty applies to the general external fabric of the building and includes the floor panels, wall panels, roof deck, windows and doors. Please note that painted timber external doors only have an applicable 12 month warranty. The warranty does not apply to items which are subject to abuse or which are subjected to usage which is in excess of that which was advised or implied at the time of order.
Twenty Five Year Structural Warranty
Servaccomm’s 25-year structural warranty gives you the reassurance that your building will remain structurally sound.
This applies to the structural elements of the building. These are the steel columns, the steel side beams, the steel floor joists, the steel ties in the roof and the timber roof beams. This warranty is conditional on the building having an effective maintenance programme in operation throughout this period to protect the structural components from environmental damage which might occur in the absence of appropriate maintenance.
