We offer permanent modular building solutions using offsite construction techniques that provide you with a high quality building, cost certainty and a reduced build programme.

  Permanent Modular Buildings

  Using off-site construction techniques, our permanent buildings are designed and manufactured to your specifications and requirements to provide you with new single and multi-storey permanent building solutions.

  Permanent modules are manufactured in a quality controlled factory environment and are delivered complete with fixtures, fittings and service connections.

  External claddings can be factory fixed depending upon the type or site applied as required. Windows are also fixed in our factory prior to delivery and are available with a choice of coatings, type of glazing, size and style.

  Sanitary ware and bathroom fittings are installed as well as the mechanical and electrical requirements needed to run them. Internal ceiling and wall linings are plasterboard lined and finished in emulsion paint or as your specifications with various selections of floor coverings to meet your specifications.

  We will work in partnership with your project team to design, manufacture and install your permanent modular building that meets your exact needs and requirements.
