Design and Quotations

We will work with you to produce a design for your project. Plans of modular buildings are available from our standard range. We offer a speedy turnaround for quotations from receipt of approved drawings and your detailed specifications.

Budget Costings

In the preliminary stages of your project, we can advise and help you with a budget price for the proposed prefabricated building.

Planning and Building Regulations

Planning approval is required for most facilities and should be applied for, and approved by your local planning office, prior to placement of order and delivery of your prefabricated building.

Building regulations are also required for most prefabricated buildings and should be applied for, and approved by building control. In some cases, we can apply for building regulation approval on your behalf.

What happens after placement of your order?

Manufacture

Prior to the manufacture of your prefabricated building, we require final approval of the drawings and specification from you, such as the colour of carpets, vinyl flooring and socket positions. These need to be confirmed to avoid any uncertainty on the final design.

Site Foundations and Services

Modular buildings require level load bearing foundations and services installed prior to delivery and erection of the modules on site. We can provide a quotation for this service or alternatively, a foundation and services plan can be supplied upon placement of your order, for you to organise this part of the project yourself.

Delivery, Cranage and Installation

Transportation of the prefabricated units to site will usually be arranged and organised by us. Cranage to offload and position the units will also be arranged by Servaccomm.

Access to site is required to accept articulated vehicles where larger loads are being delivered. Crane arm wagons will be used for delivery of smaller loads and portable accommodation.

Please note that mobile cranes are very heavy vehicles and ground disturbance may occur when the modules are offloaded on site.

Once the building has been placed on foundations, the final fit-out of the prefabricated building will commence, with hand over to you upon completion, ready for connection of services and occupation.
