Our Services
We offer a full range of services to help with every step of your project. From the initial design to the final installation, Servaccomm has the experience and resources to take care of everything for you.
Design and Quotations
Servaccomm’s project team will work with you to design your building to meet your specifications and requirements. All the external wall claddings, glazing and doors, along with the roof style will be detailed on our cad drawing.
Office space, internal partitioning and doors, ceiling details, lighting, heating, welfare facilities will all be available to you. Our module sizes will be manufactured to meet the designs set out for your building, however, please note that we may need to design the modular building in lengths and widths to meet access restrictions when delivering and installing on site.
Plans of modular buildings are available to view from previous projects to help assist you in finalising your specifications.
Once you confirm the design of the building and the final detailed specifications, our Commercial office will go through your details and produce a quotation for the building, delivery to site, cranage on site, erection and installation.
As part of our service, we also offer to provide you with a quotation for groundwork’s and foundations, footpaths, steps. Ramps and landings wit handrails if required. We will also install services and connect if required, offering you a full turnkey package.
Budget Costings
In the preliminary stages of your project, we can advise and help you with a budget price for the proposed prefabricated building if you are at an early stage in your project and need some guidance on costings at this stage.
Planning Approval and Building Regulations
Planning approval is required for most facilities and should be applied for, and approved by your local planning office, prior to placement of order and delivery of your modular building.
Building regulations are also required for most buildings in the UK and, should be applied for, and approved by building control. Some areas of the UK require building control approval prior to delivery of the building to site and, in some cases; we can apply for building regulation approval on your behalf.
Manufacture
Upon placement of your valued order for the modular building and, prior to manufacture, we need your final approval and “signing off” of the drawings and specifications of the modular building to enable us to produce a production package for ordering of all materials and to proceed with the manufacture of your modular building in our factory. Details such as the colour of carpets, vinyl flooring and socket positions need to be confirmed by you to avoid any uncertainty on the final design.
Prior to placement of your order, we will have discussed a programme for the manufacture, delivery and installation, and we will confirm these details once confirmation is received.
