Fixtures and Fittings for Modular Buildings & Prefabricated Buildings

The separate modules that make up the finished prefabricated building or modular building are delivered to site with most of the internal fixtures and fittings already installed. Some fittings have to be fixed on site where they cross over modular sections.

Toilets, drying rooms, washing and shower facilities including all sanitary ware, can be incorporated into any building, including special need requirements for disabled persons.

Canteen and refreshment areas can range from full catering facilities to smaller self-catering kitchens. Examples include:

Multi-storey modular buildings will have at least one internal staircase dependant upon the size of the facility fitted with either a disabled platform lift or passenger lift. External steel fire escapes may also be a requirement.
