Internal Options for Modular and Prefabricated Buildings

We have a wide range of optional features for the internal fit out of your modular building. You can choose from a wide variety of internal finishes you'd like to be included and we will ensure that the completed building will be finished to your satisfaction upon completion.

  Ceilings for Modular Buildings and Prefabricated Buildings

  Standard ceiling height in modular buildings and prefabricated buildings is generally 2.4 metres with a maximum height of 3.3 metres if required. The ceiling lining can either be in a pre-finished vinyl faced plasterboard, dry lined plasterboard with an emulsion paint finish, or a suspended ceiling with an internal height of up to 3m.

  Internal options include:

  • Ceiling height from 2.4 metres to a maximum of 3.3 metres
  • Pre-finished vinyl faced plasterboard
  • Dry lined plasterboard with an emulsion paint finish
  • Suspended ceiling to a maximum height of 3 metres

  
  Door Systems

  Internal door systems for our modular buildings are available in all sizes and styles in either self coloured uPVC, natural timber or powder coated aluminium. Internal security facilities for doors can also be provided.

  Vision panels are included in all internal doors where regulations are required.

  Our modular building internal wall linings are generally either pre-finished vinyl faced plasterboard with cover strips at each joint or dry lined plasterboard finished in emulsion paint. A wide variety of colours are available to meet your requirements.

  
  Floor Coverings for Modular Buildings and Prefabricated Buildings
  All types of floor coverings are available for different areas of the modular building. Heavy-duty carpet tiles, soft pile carpeting and non-slip vinyl for wet areas are some examples of these.

  • Heavy duty carpet tiles or carpeting
  • Soft pile carpeting. Eg. for childrens play areas
  • Vinyl and non slip vinyl
  • Laminate flooring
  • Ceramic tiling
