Fixtures and Fittings for Modular Buildings & Prefabricated Buildings

The separate modules that make up the finished prefabricated building or modular building are delivered to site with most of the internal fixtures and fittings already installed. Some fittings have to be fixed on site where they cross over modular sections.

  Most fixtures and fittings are installed off site before delivery of your modular building.  Examples of fittings include:

  • Toilets
  • Washrooms
  • Kitchens
  • Canteen areas
  • Drying rooms
  • Storage areas
  • Cleaners room

  Toilets and Showers

  Toilets, drying rooms, washing and shower facilities including all sanitary ware, can be incorporated into our modular building as necessary, including any special need requirements for disabled persons.

  Kitchens and Canteens

  Refreshment facilities can also be incorporated into the modular buildings as required.  These range from canteed and refreshment areas with full catering facilities to smaller self-catering kitchens.

  Staircases and Fire Escapes

  Dependant upon the size of the facility, multi-storey modular buildings will have at least one internal staircase fitted with ether a disabled platform lift or passenger lift.  External steel fire escapes may also be a requirement.
