Working in partnership with you, the pods are designed to your specifications and requirements, to provide new single and multi-storey permanent buildings, with vertical and horizontal extensions to existing facilities.
Modules are manufactured in a quality controlled factory environment and are delivered to site complete with fixtures, fittings and service connections, ready for the final internal fit out.
Some types of external claddings can be factory fixed, therefore reducing site costs, and where the external claddings are to be site applied, we will deliver the modules, ready for this application.
Windows are usually fixed in our factory prior to delivery and are available with a choice of coatings, type of glazing, size and style, all to meet your specifications.
Sanitary ware and bathroom fittings are installed, as well as the mechanical and electrical requirements. Internally, ceiling and wall linings are normally plasterboard lined, and finished in emulsion paint. Various selections of floor coverings are available if required.
We will work in partnership with the project design team and main contractor to design and manufacture the modules to your specifications and requirements for delivery and installation throughout the UK.
