Servaccomm were suppliers through a framework agreement by the Crown Commercial Service Framework for Modular Building Requirements. The framework is no longer live, but was for use by UK public sector bodies, central government departments, executive agencies and non-departmental public bodies.
Split into five building types across 10 lots, the framework offered steel framed structures in standard sizes and configurations, with options for variable plans and multi-storey configurations to suit customer specific requirements.
Hertfordshire County Council
Servaccomm were awarded a 4 year framework for repairs, adaptations, refurbishment and extensions to buildings (RARE Framework).
The framework offers a wide range of property maintenance, management and construction services for the awarded contractors and consultants to deliver works and services .
This is available directly to Hertfordshire County Council, all Hertfordshire schools, district and borough councils, Hertfordshire Constabulary and Stevenage Homes.
Servaccomm were awarded a 4 year framework agreement for Lot 2 - site accommodation, storage units and welfare units and Lot 4 - Modular Buildings (mobile classroom and temporary accommodation)
The framework may be utilised by any local authority or public body during the life of the framework which includes YPO's internal requirements.
Servaccomm is registered with the UKAS-accredited certification body, ISOQAR, to ISO 9001 for the management of its quality system, ISO 14001 for its environmental management system and also BS OHSAS 18001 and SSIP for the management of its occupational health and safety system.
These certifications verify that Servaccomm is committed to quality, to the meeting of customer requirements and to providing them with a high level of service. The Environmental Management System that it operates aims to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment, a reduction in both waste sent to landfill and the use of fossil fuels and also to the recycling of materials as may be used within its operations wherever this is feasible. The Company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System helps guarantee that it provides a safe working environment for its workforce both at its own manufacturing plant and on customer's sites and for the safety of other contractors, visitors, neighbours to the site and other interested parties including members of the public.
Accreditations & Memberships
Servaccomm are fully registered as a supplier with Achilles UVDB for prefabricated buildings and associated products, including mobile units and modular structures. We also hold a Verify Category B2 Audit Assessment for Health & Safety, Environment and Quality.
The Verify Category B2 Audit includes two elements: a management system evaluation (MSE) at our offices and a visit to a working site. Both elements are evidence-based, while the site visit includes observations by the auditor together with interviews with company staff at or close to the point of service delivery to ascertain their awareness and understanding of the management system, controls and requirements.
Achilles Link Up
We are also registered with Achilles Link Up, the UK Rail Industry Supplier’s Qualification Scheme, which involved evaluation of our Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Management systems.
Servaccomm hold a Certificate of Accreditation which has been accredited by Exor attaining the required standards for the Gold Accreditation Level.
The Exor Accreditation Scheme assesses, reviews and audits suppliers’ procedures and documentation. Suppliers can then be included on a database that demonstrates they have met the highest standards in the marketplace in procurement risk management.
Servaccomm is an accredited member of CHAS, the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme. We have demonstrated compliance in capacity of both a Principal Contractor and Sub-Contractor operating sound management of current basic health and safety legislation.
Constructionline is a UK register of pre-qualified construction companies who have met specific criteria to be added to their expanding database. This means that we don't need to fill out pre-qualification forms for every tender we apply for, as we have already met the necessary criteria.
Builder's Profile is the open-access Common Database service providing compliance and PQQ information to the construction industry.
Servaccomm have completed this process and shares our profile with main contractors to showcase our company as qualified, professional and ready to work. Main contractors actively use Builder's Profile to contact and manage their supply chain.
