About Us
Servaccomm was established in 1997 as Servaccomm Ltd, to design, manufacture and install all types of prefabricated buildings, modular buildings, volumetric systems and portable accommodation.
The factory and offices current site is located at Ottringham, Nr. Hull, East Yorkshire.
Servaccomm merged with Redhall Engineering Ltd in 1999 to form Servaccomm Redhall Ltd. Redhall Engineering supply all the steel work for the manufacture of our modular buildings and this close working relationship resulted in the merger of the two companies.
Marchant Walker Ltd, established in 2000, manufactured prefabricated buildings from their facilities at Scunthorpe. In January 2003 Servaccomm Redhall Ltd acquired Marchant Walker Ltd. The offices and manufacturing facilities at Scunthorpe were subsequently closed and transferred to Ottringham.
Servaccomm's main focus was the manufacture of prefabricated buildings and modular buildings for the construction industry, whereas Marchant Walker specialised in bespoke modular building projects. This combination of expertise make the company a market leader in the design and manufacture of any type of prefabricated buildings.
