About Us
Servaccomm was established in 1997 to design, manufacture and install all types of prefabricated and modular buildings, volumetric systems and portable accommodation, serving the whole of UK industry. Servaccomm has a wealth of experience in working with new and existing clients, designing their modular buildings to meet their own particular requirements and needs.
Our offices and manufacturing facilities are located at Ottringham, Hull in East Yorkshire where we build offsite in our high quality controlled factory environment.
In 1999, Servaccomm merged with Redhall Engineering Ltd, the supplier of steel work for our modular buildings, to form Servaccomm Redhall Ltd. In January 2003, Servaccomm Redhall Ltd acquired Marchant Walker Ltd, a specialist in the manufacture of prefabricated buildings for bespoke modular building projects.
By combining our expertise in the manufacture of modular and prefabricated buildings for the construction industry with that of Marchant Walker’s specialist design and build knowledge, we have grown to become market leaders in the design, manufacture and installation of almost any type of modular building system, prefabricated buildings and volumetric systems.
We design and manufacture single and multi storey facilities to any size for use in all sectors of UK Industry, both public and private. Our modular buildings are used for permanent, semi permanent and temporary applications. They can be finished externally in most types of cladding and internally fitted out to any specifications.
